$99 / month
Starts at launch. Month to month.
Base fee plus a share of sales
Set per business, only on sales I can show came from my work.
You pay half the build fee when you sign and the other half at launch.
Ad money goes on your own card, straight to Meta or Google.
Six steps, the same for every client.
You tell me what you want. I collect your logo, photos and business details.
I build a sample of your new homepage so you can react to something real.
A one-page agreement with your price. Half the build fee when you sign, half at launch.
I add your real details, connect your forms, and check every page on phones and computers.
I point your domain at the new site without touching your email.
Updates when you ask, a check of your site every month, and one simple monthly bill.
Local businesses that need a great website that brings in calls and requests, and mostly stays the same from month to month.
Landscaping, paving, roofing, cleaning and contractors.
Therapists, chiropractors, massage and fitness studios.
Hair, nails, barbers, photographers and creative studios.
Auto repair, boutiques, pet care and professional offices.
If customers find you, call you or book with you, you're a good fit. Not a fit right now: online stores, and sites that need changes every day.
Your domain, email, Google profile and ad accounts stay in your name. Leave anytime and take everything with you.
Form messages go straight to your own email or software, never through me.
Text or email me. You get me, not a call center.
Up to 3 a month with care. Anything bigger gets a quote before I start.
Care is month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
One text or email thread per client, so nothing gets lost.
Every Dawnwerk site is built and looked after by the same person: me.
I taught myself to build software, and I've built five full systems on my own. Before this, I worked on landscaping and pavement crews, so I know how local businesses actually get customers. I also have a finance degree, so when I run your ads, I watch the numbers.
Why Dawnwerk? Werk is German for work. The idea behind the name is the promise: the work gets done while you're busy running your business.
It depends on what your business needs, so every site gets its own quote. You see a free sample of your homepage first, then a clear price before you sign anything.
No. At launch I only change the settings that point to your website. Your email stays where it is, and your old site stays up until the new one is live.
Things like new hours, a new photo, a staff change or a rewritten paragraph. Up to 3 a month are included with care.
You do. The domain, the words, the photos and the site files are yours.
Yes. Most clients have one. I keep what's working and build the new site alongside it, so nothing goes offline.
You can. Those builders are great if you want to build and update the site yourself. With Dawnwerk, I do all of it, and when something needs to change, you text me.
Your site and your domain stay yours. I hand over the site files and help you move it wherever you want, with 30 days' notice.
No. Text me what you want changed and I take care of it.
Not right now. I focus on sites that bring you calls, quote requests and appointments.
Pick one. A sample of your new homepage, built for free. Or a free check of the website you have now, with the 3 things holding it back. If you don't like what you see, that's the end of it.
Thanks. I'll text or email you within one business day.
